Meet The Author
Here's a little bit more about me and my love of writing
Inheriting my love of books from my mom, I've been an avid reader from a young age. As such, I had a very misspent youth, often devouring fifty books per year! (No time for partying when there are books to be read!). My first love will always be fantasy and science fiction, although I do love any story well told.
Born in September 1985, I grew up in South Staffordshire, England. After working for ten years as a full-time medical secretary in a busy hospital, I married Matt Holmes in 2016 and gave up my secretarial role to assist in marketing my new husband's video production business and realise my life-long dream of becoming a published author.
Besides writing, I am also an artist and I love illustrating my work and concepts. I currently still live in South Staffordshire with my husband Matt and our two whippets, Freya & Loki.
